1. Working at TMT Services Ltd
We are a Hong Kong consulting and technology services firm working across six service lines: business transformation, risk and compliance, technology advisory, internal audit and assurance, cross-border advisory, and financial advisory. Our clients are mid-market and enterprise businesses operating in Hong Kong, mainland China and across Asia-Pacific.
Our work is project-based and hands-on. Consultants here run engagements directly with client teams rather than sitting behind a slide deck, which means the people who succeed with us are comfortable with detail, deadlines and direct client contact from an early stage.
2. Current vacancies
We are not advertising specific vacancies at this time. We would rather say that plainly than keep an inbox open for roles that do not exist.
We do, however, keep a file of speculative applications and we return to it first when a role opens. If you would like to be considered, send us your CV with a short note telling us which service line interests you and why.
When we do hire, the roles typically fall into these areas:
| Area | Typical profile |
|---|---|
| Consulting | Analyst to manager level; business transformation, market research and business development advisory work |
| Risk, compliance and audit | Internal audit, regulatory compliance and control reviews; candidates with an accounting or audit background |
| Technology advisory | Cloud, cybersecurity, data or AI delivery experience |
| Trade and cross-border operations | Sourcing, logistics and cross-border trade documentation experience |
| Business support | Finance, administration and practice-management roles |
3. How to apply
Send your CV and a covering note by email to the address on our Contact section, with the subject line "Application — [your name]". Please tell us in the note:
- which service line you are applying for;
- your current location and your right to work in Hong Kong, if applicable;
- your notice period and earliest start date;
- your salary expectation.
We read every application, but we can only reply individually to candidates we shortlist.
4. Our recruitment process
- Application review — we acknowledge receipt and review against the role.
- First interview — a conversation about your experience, by video or in our office in Central.
- Practical discussion or case exercise — usually a short business problem relevant to the service line, discussed rather than sat as an exam.
- Final interview — with a director, covering fit, expectations and availability.
- References and offer — we ask for references with your consent, then issue a written offer setting out role, remuneration, benefits and start date.
We aim to complete a process within four weeks of first contact. We do not charge applicants any fee at any stage, and we do not use recruitment agencies that charge candidates.
5. Equal opportunities
TMT Services Ltd is an equal opportunity employer. We assess candidates on their ability and their fit for the work, and we do not discriminate on grounds of sex, marital status, pregnancy, disability, family status or race. These protections are also the subject of Hong Kong law, in the Sex Discrimination Ordinance (Cap. 480), the Disability Discrimination Ordinance (Cap. 487), the Family Status Discrimination Ordinance (Cap. 527) and the Race Discrimination Ordinance (Cap. 602).
If you need an adjustment to take part in our recruitment process — for example an accessible interview room, documents in a different format, or extra time for a case exercise — tell us in your application and we will arrange it.
